This book meets up with a hundred Brussels women, all of whom, in one way or another, represent the city in all its richness and diversity. All of them took up the challenge handed to them by Cici Olsson, enthusiastically choosing the place and context for their portraits and filling in a short questionnaire on their city in their own language and words. Despite their diversity, whatever their walk of life, the district they live in, their roots, their nationality, their work or their age, there is one thing uniting them all: their love of Brussels - as witnessed by the way they depict their city, full of tenderness, passion and lucidity.
